The views of school leaders revealed that the methods and strategies in eliminating the prejudice, exclusion, and xenophobia against refugee students are insufficient, and these problems lead the inequalities for refugee students in school context. 摘要

本研究旨在深入探讨缅甸难民学生人数较多的学校领导的文化相关领导行为倾向,以防止不平等现象的发生。我们运用现象学进行定性研究。我们通过与14位学校领导面对面的半结构化访谈收集数据,在分析数据的过程中使用了描述性和内容分析。“个人意识”、“公平教育学”、“政策调解”和“专业主义”构成了研究的主题。学校领导的观点表明,在消除对难民学生的偏见、排斥和仇外心理方面的方法和策略不足,这些问题导致了难民学生在学校环境中的不平等。基于研究结果,我们建议多元文化教育管理方法需要得到推广,并应遵循多元文化教育管理中不同背景下的培训计划和良好实践范例。
