在介绍了端钉治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折的优点后，介绍了我国自身使用内固定材料治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折的效果。所谓的钉子，直径5mm，足够长，是一种有用的灵活的钉子，用于手术治疗上述骨折。观察到的并发症与其他作者的出版物一致，分析表明它们可以减少。
