摘要

制备了一类具有d -果糖支架和伯胺基的新型双功能硫脲有机催化剂。在本研究中,新型有机催化剂在室温下对取代的硝基烯烃的脂肪族酮和1,3-二酮的不对称Michael加成反应表现出优异的对映选择性和中等的非对映选择性。此外,还研究了在糖硫脲有机催化剂的存在下,环脂肪酮与芳香醛之间的直接不对称醛醇反应,收率高,对映选择性适中。
