摘要

以含氯阻燃组合物为例,说明了评价阻燃涂料性能的可能性和方便性。定量表征涂层膨胀过程的标准,即试样加热后形成的泡沫焦的膨胀率、质量变化、密度和孔隙率。采用常规方法测定了涂层试样的膨胀程度和质量变化;在实验数据的基础上,通过计算测量了焦炭的密度和孔隙度变化。导出了涂层膨胀参数与温度的关系曲线。研究结果表明,这些参数可作为组成配方和进一步优化涂层性能的评价标准,以保护建筑结构在极端热暴露条件下的性能。
