摘要

本研究以个体创新行为为中介变量,分析数字化人才管理对员工绩效的影响。本研究采用定量方法进行因果关系研究。抽样技术使用饱和样本,共有54名受访者在PT Dakwah Inti Media。在本研究中使用的统计分析是偏最小二乘法与SmartPLS 3.2.9软件的帮助下。本研究的分析结果表明,数字化人才管理对员工绩效有显著的正向影响;数字化人才管理对个体创新行为有显著的正向影响;个体创新行为对员工绩效有显著的正向影响;本研究中的个人创新行为可以中介数字人才管理对员工绩效的影响。
