本文报道了一种新的蓝藻属苔藓杆菌(Stigonema lichenoides), Patova, Novakovskaya, Shalygin et Shadrin, sp. nov.)。样品采集自乌拉尔北部山地冻土带的岩石基质。给出了详细的形态描述,并讨论了本种与有关的Stigonema属分类群的差异。采用16S-23S rRNA序列对所研究样品进行分子系统发育分析。形态学和分子数据的相关性,以及从样本中获得的序列与NCBI数据库中可用数据的比较,使Stigonema属的一个新种得以鉴定。
