CCL2(趋化因子C-C基序配体2)与包括卵巢癌在内的多种肿瘤的进展有关。

RNA Sequencing of A2780 Cells Treated with CCL2 Identified Genes Associated with A2780 Cell Growth
abstract: Introduction: Ovarian cancer is a common gynecological malignancy. It is one of the leading causes of death among women worldwide. The incidence of ovarian cancer ranks third, and mortality is the first among gynecological malignant tumors. Conclusion: This work may provide new markers and reveal the underlying mechanism of exogenous CCL2 in A2780 cell proliferation. other: /
