Following surgical intervention, rats were randomly assigned into two groups; the control group was administered distilled water, and the test group was treated with 2 µg /kg vitamin D3 by gavage once a day for 8 weeks. Radiological images were obtained from rats on 4th and 8th weeks. The area fraction of newly formed osteoid was determined using Image Fiji Analysis Software.

摘要

目的:本研究旨在评价口服维生素D3对大鼠颅骨临界大小缺损(CSD)引导骨再生的影响。方法:选取12只雄性sd大鼠,建立2只颅骨CSD。其中1个缺损留空(E缺损),另1个缺损采用脱蛋白牛骨移植物和胶原基可吸收膜(gm -填充缺损)处理。手术干预后,将大鼠随机分为两组;对照组给予蒸馏水,试验组给予维生素D3 2µg /kg灌胃,每天1次,连续8周。在第4周和第8周获得大鼠的放射图像。使用Image Fiji分析软件测定新形成的骨样物的面积分数。& # x0D;结果:在第4周和第8周,两组gm填充缺损的面积分数百分比均高于E缺损(p
