As a result, the beauty salon visit criteria for customers aged 40 to 64 had a positive effect on customer satisfaction and revisit intention, and effective management methods and marketing strategies should be established based on the research results. 摘要

本研究旨在了解40 - 64岁顾客的顾客满意度和重访意向,本研究使用的380份问卷为自写的线下问卷,使用SPSS 22.0程序进行频率分析、信度分析、因子分析和回归分析。由此可见,40 ~ 64岁顾客的美容院光顾标准对顾客满意度和回访意愿有正向影响,应根据研究结果制定有效的管理方法和营销策略。在后续研究中,需要进行深入的研究,扩大年龄和地域,找出各个美容服务领域的中年顾客的访问标准。
