Through using three instruments -designed by the author- that included: (a survey of EFL teaching skills, a teacher knowledge test, a digital literacy skills scale, a teacher performance assessment analytic rubric), this study attempted to determine the impact of ASSURE model on EFL in-service preparatory teachers teaching skills and digital literacy skills. The results indicated that z-values of the teachers’ knowledge test, teachers’ digital literacy skills scale and teachers’ performance assessment rubric were significant. 摘要

虽然有许多研究解决了当前英语教师培训的需求,但一个主要的研究空白尚未得到解决,即使用教学模式调查在职教师专业发展的效果及其对学生的实际影响。本研究通过笔者设计的三种工具(英语教学技能调查、教师知识测试、数字素养技能量表、教师绩效评估分析量表),试图确定ASSURE模型对在职英语预科教师教学技能和数字素养技能的影响。结果表明,教师知识测验、教师数字素养技能量表和教师绩效评估分项的z值显著。事实证明,ASSURE模式有助于培养英语预科教师的教学技能和数字素养技能。
