The subjects of this study were 20 super-aged women aged 75 or older, who analyzed muscle tension and basic physical strength before and after participating in the outdoor exercise equipment program for 12 weeks. As for the detailed variables of muscle tension, muscle tension and muscle stiffness were compared and analyzed as upper limb muscle strength, lower limb muscle strength, agility (dynamic) balance, upper limb flexibility, lower limb flexibility, and cardiopulmonary endurance. The main results obtained in this study are as follows: First, as a result of comparing before and after the outdoor exercise program, the muscle tension of the right upper trapezius muscle showed a statistically significant difference(p.05). Second, as a result of comparing before and after outdoor exercise programs, there were statistically significant differences in agility (dynamic) balance, upper extremity flexibility, and lower extremity flexibility(p.05). 摘要

本研究的目的是了解参加户外运动器材项目12周对女性超龄人群肌肉张力和基本体力的影响。本研究的对象是20名75岁以上的超龄女性,她们在参加户外运动器材项目12周前后分析了肌肉张力和基本体力。肌肉张力的详细变量为上肢肌力、下肢肌力、敏捷性(动态)平衡、上肢柔韧性、下肢柔韧性、心肺耐力,对肌肉张力和肌肉僵硬度进行比较分析。本研究得到的主要结果如下:第一,通过户外运动项目前后的对比,右上斜方肌的肌肉张力有统计学意义(p.05)。其次,通过户外运动项目前后的比较,在敏捷性(动态)平衡、上肢柔韧性、下肢柔韧性方面存在统计学差异(p < 0.05)。结果证实,为期12周的户外运动项目对女性老年人的肌肉张力和基本体力有部分积极作用。
