In this paper, we use data collected from LoRaWAN to obtain information about various environmental and operational aspects of the system under consideration, which determine the possibilities for improving the efficiency of various SWH subsystems and develop management strategies for the effective operation of the entire system. With the help of data collected by IoT, such as water consumption, the schedule of the heat pump and water pump, the availability of solar energy and electricity consumption, we conduct a comprehensive energy audit to analyze the efficiency of subsystems, as well as the performance of the system as a whole.
