摘要

本文采用范德华三体力壳模型,借助二、三阶弹性常数,给出了氟化钾(KF)和氯化钾(KCl)在100k - 300k范围内的超声和热物理性质。利用库仑势和玻恩-梅耶势,结合最近邻距离和硬度参数计算了弹性常数。我们评估了超声特性,如弹性常数、波速、德拜温度-平均速度、电导率以及声子-声子相互作用在不同方向上的超声衰减[100]、[110]和[111]。所得结果是良好的,为进一步研究这些晶体提供了重要的信息。
