摘要

生物固氮被认为是维持农业可持续性的重要手段。本研究以2个不同豇豆品种为研究对象,采用6个不同处理(种子接种、土壤接种、施氮、种子接种+施氮、土壤接种+施氮、对照),研究接种根瘤菌对新鲜豇豆产量和品质的影响。研究了鲜豆荚的蛋白质、总酚、β-胡萝卜素、绿原酸、抗坏血酸、总糖和还原糖含量。此外,还对总鲜产量、荚果宽度、荚果长、叶片总叶绿素等参数进行了研究。结果表明,与对照处理相比,接种根瘤菌和施氮对所有参数均有正向影响。因此,接种根瘤菌有可能成为新鲜豇豆栽培中氮施用的替代方法。
