Nano drug delivery system (NDDS) has the characteristics of high biocompatibility, high drug load, improving pharmacokinetic behavior of drugs in vivo, achieving targeted drug delivery, controlled drug release, etc. Therefore, in the field of trans-BBB drug delivery, It has broad application prospect for the diagnosis and treatment of various neurological diseases. 摘要
