The study was conducted with a sample size of 115 employees of pharmaceutical companies in Nepal. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, multiple regression analysis, and t-test using SPSS software. The finding of this study provides empirical evidence to the management to ensure effective oral, written & non-verbal communication in the pharmaceutical companies in Nepal. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨沟通对尼泊尔制药公司员工绩效的影响。本研究中包含的变量为交流的自变量,即口头交流、书面交流;非语言沟通,以员工绩效为因变量。采用描述性和分析性研究设计,采用5点李克特量表的问卷调查方法收集和分析数据。该研究以尼泊尔制药公司的115名员工为样本进行。采用SPSS软件对数据进行描述性统计、相关分析、多元回归分析和t检验。本研究的发现为管理人员确保有效的口头、书面和报告管理提供了经验依据。尼泊尔制药公司的非语言交流。研究结果表明,只有口头沟通对员工绩效有显著影响,书面和非口头沟通对尼泊尔制药公司员工绩效的影响都不显著。
