Explorer la relation entre la croissance internationale et l’intra-régionalisation vs l’inter-régionalisation : les rôles de l’environnement des pays d’accueil et du degré d’engagements internationaux
Our research proposes to explore the relationship between the international firm growth and intra- regionalization vs inter-regionalization. We are developing a theoretical framework based primarily on the advantages and the liabilities of intra- and inter-regional geographic contexts. This theoretical framework helps to explain the international growth superiority of intra-regionalization over inter-regionalization, and furthermore, the mechanisms by which intra-regional similarities, inter-regional differences, and the degree of international commitments interact to drive the growth of intra- and inter-regional firms. Our findings provide several research contributions and implications for the emerging literature of regionalization
