一例非典型血管瘤累及门牙腭黏膜的一个12岁的病人在这里提出。活组织检查显示血管瘤的一些特征:血管内的大腔被内皮细胞包围，提示动脉。结缔组织的很大一部分是纤维性和炎性的。这些观察结果引导我们诊断为纤维血管瘤性肿瘤。治疗方法是手术切除。此后再无复发。
