Using the example of organometallasiloxanes synthesized from trifunctional organoalkoxysilanes, methods for the synthesis of unique stereoregular functional cyclosiloxanes and their derivatives are highlighted. Considerable attention is given to the applied aspects of various structure organometallasiloxanes and their derivatives.
