Through time-frequency analysis, it is demonstrated that the the emission trajectory of monolayer ZnO can be cotrolled by the relative phase, and the harmonic enhacment is caused by the second quantum trajectory with the higher emission probability. In addition, near-circularly polarized harmonics can be generated in the co-rotating two-color circularly polarized fields. With the change of the relative phase, the harmonics in the platform region can be altered from left-handed near-circularly polarization to right-handed one. 摘要

本文通过数值求解二维半导体布洛赫方程,研究了单层氧化锌在共旋双色圆偏振激光脉冲驱动下的高阶谐波发射。研究发现,通过改变基频场和第二基频场之间的相对相位,可以显著调制平台区的谐波强度。在高阶,谐波强度可以增加约一个数量级。通过时频分析表明,单层氧化锌的发射轨迹可以通过相对相位进行同调,谐波增强是由发射概率较高的第二量子轨迹引起的。此外,在共旋双色圆极化场中还能产生近圆极化谐波。随着相对相位的改变,平台区域的谐波可以从左旋近圆偏振变为右旋近圆偏振。我们的研究结果可以获得椭圆度可调的高强度谐波辐射,这为合成圆极化阿秒脉冲提供了机会。
