This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation toward business continuity. This type of research is explanatory research using path analysis. The population of this research is coffee SMEs shop in Malang City who have started their business for at least two years. Respondent data comes from umkm.depkop.go.id with the keyword coffee shops and coffee shops, so that as many as 149 respondents were obtained. Based on the search, there are 132 coffee SMEs shops and coffee shops in Malang City that have been running the business for at least two years. The sample technique used is a saturated sample, so that all members of the population are sampled. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. 摘要

在大流行病的影响下,咖啡店面临着如何保持业务连续性的问题。因此,咖啡店创业者必须具备创业和创新导向。本研究旨在确定创业导向和创新对业务连续性的影响。这类研究是采用路径分析的解释性研究。研究对象是马兰市创业至少两年的咖啡中小企业。受访者数据来自 umkm.depkop.go.id,关键词为咖啡店和咖啡店,因此获得了多达 149 个受访者。根据搜索结果,马朗市至少有 132 家经营了两年的中小型咖啡店和咖啡馆。采用的抽样技术是饱和抽样,即对人口中的所有成员进行抽样。数据是通过发放调查问卷收集的。研究结果表明,创业导向对业务连续性有影响,创业导向对创新有影响,创新对业务连续性有影响,创新在创业导向对玛琅市咖啡店可持续性的影响中起中介作用。
