For this study, the characteristics of regions, locations, buildings, individual units, timing, and business support facilities are used as independent variables, and the sale price of the Knowledge Industry Centers is used as the dependent variable. This study analyzes 7,180 units of the Knowledge Industry Centers using the multiple regression analysis. As a result, It is found that the higher the area of business support facilities and the ratio of commercial facilities, the more positive factors affect the sale price.
