Higher protein expression levels of TMEM115 were observed in LIHC tissues than in normal tissues. Tumor infiltration by immune cells was confirmed to be correlated with the expression of TMEM115. High TMEM115 expression and immune cell infiltration were further related to poor prognosis in LIHC. We also confirmed a correlation between TMEM115 and TP53 mutations.
