摘要

本研究采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测法检测霜霉威。对该方法的实验参数进行了全面评估。以甲酸铵缓冲液(50.0 mM, pH 4.0):乙腈(55:45 v/v)为流动相洗脱霜霉威。在最佳条件下,检出限和定量限(LOD 和 LOQ)分别为 7.4 - 24.8 µg kg-1,可以痕量测定食品样品中的农药。该方法在马铃薯粉条样品中的回收率为 81.4%-112.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)低于 10%,表明该方法在复杂的实际样品基质中对霜霉威的适用性令人满意。
