The relationship is stronger for male business students than for their female counterparts.Originality/valueThis study is one of the first to examine the concept of digital growth mindset and its significance in Chinese business education. Through the analysis of paired data on digital growth mindset and academic performance, this study makes theoretical contributions to the literature on growth mindset, gender differences and academic success. 摘要

目的 本文旨在探讨数字化成长型思维模式对中国商科学生学习成绩的影响,以及性别在这一关系中的作用。设计/方法/途径本文采用调查的方法,研究了在线学习背景下中国商科学生的数字化成长心态、性别和学业成绩之间的关系。作者收集了中国某大学两门在线商科课程的 533 名学生的数据。实证结果表明,数字化成长型思维模式对中国商科学生的学业成绩有积极影响。原创性/价值本研究是最早研究数字化成长型思维概念及其在中国商科教育中的意义的研究之一。通过对数字成长型思维模式和学业成绩的配对数据分析,本研究为成长型思维模式、性别差异和学业成功方面的文献做出了理论贡献。此外,本研究还为发展中国家的商科教育质量保证提供了可行的方法,以培养学生的成长型思维模式,具有一定的现实意义。
