In the era of technological advances, the government is required to provide fast, responsive and efficient services by utilizing existing technology. With collaboration with technology, it is hoped that it will be easier for the community to carry out activities related to public services. Therefore, village officials must master technology. Through interviews with the KKN Team to the people of Gedang Kulut Village, information was obtained that the community complained about public services. From the observations, it was found that this problem was a bright spot, due to the lack of knowledge and skills of village officials in making public services that could make work easier and easily accessible to the community. A series of student service events that have been carried out have resulted in the village of Gedang Kulut having a website that can support public services. In addition, village officials are also assisted in managing correspondence, then the Gedang Kulut village community can also arrange letters online which can be done anywhere, without having to go to the Gedang Kulut village hall. \nTujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Desa Gedang Kulut, Kecamatan Cerme, Kabupaten Gresik. Di era kemajuan teknologi, pemerintah diharuskan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Dengan adanya kolaborasi dengan teknologi, diharapkan masyarakat akan lebih mudah dalam melakukan aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan publik. Oleh karena itu, perangkat desa harus menguasai teknologi. Melalui wawancara Tim Pengabdian Mahasiswa kepada masyarakat Desa Gedang kulut diperoleh informasi, bahwa masyarakat mengeluhkan mengenai pelayanan publik. Dari hasil observasi, ditemukan titik terang dari permasalahan tersebut, disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan perangkat desa dalam membuat pelayanan publik yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan dan mudah diakses oleh masyarakat. Serangkaian acara pengabdian mahasiswa yang telah dilaksanakan, membuat desa Gedang Kulut memiliki website yang dapat menunjang pelayanan publik.
