Hara Mandiri Sentosa is one of the private companies that has not adopted an integrated human resource information system, such as using employee data with books, attendance filled in in writing by employees, and salary calculations that are summarized through the attendance so that they are prone to errors in the process. This research aims to build a web-based human resource information system using the waterfall method. The results of this study indicate that the system that was built can overcome the risk of errors in the process. 摘要

人力资源信息系统(HRIS)是组织或机构中一个非常重要的系统,旨在管理员工数据、员工考勤、员工工资等。然而,目前仍有许多组织或机构仍在使用传统系统。PT.Hara Mandiri Sentosa 是其中一家没有采用综合人力资源信息系统的私营企业,如使用账簿记录员工数据、员工书面填写考勤、通过考勤汇总工资计算等,因此在操作过程中容易出错。本研究旨在采用瀑布法建立基于网络的人力资源信息系统。研究结果表明,所建立的系统可以克服流程中的错误风险。该系统能够提高人力资源数据处理的效率,并保证数据安全。
