Decolonizing the midwifery curriculum: Jettisoning the Caldwell-Moloy pelvic types.
As faculty in two different midwifery education programs, we have stopped teaching the Caldwell-Moloy classifications of the female pelvis, as have faculty in several other US midwifery programs.
