摘要

分析了影响防晒霜紫外线防护能力体外评价的因素。结果发现,任何使防晒层在空间上不均匀的因素,如涂抹防晒剂时的定向粘指法、涂抹防晒层的露水化以及标准 PMMA 板的表面粗糙度,都会改变紫外线透过率。为了抑制涂抹防晒层空间不均匀性的产生,开发了新的涂抹程序和新型亲水平板。结合这些新开发的技术所创建的方法成功地提供了可靠、可重复的紫外线防护能力体外评估。
