Surveys with five confidence statements and Likert scale-graded responses were verbally administered by phone immediately before and after each educational session to evaluate for understanding. There was a statistically significant increase in confidence for all five confidence statements when comparing pre- and posteducation responses ( P < 0.05, Wilcoxon signed-rank test).
