摘要

随着中国人口老龄化进程的逐步加快,人们对助行器的需求也越来越大,而国产轮式助行器的可靠性是助行器的重要属性之一,但对助行器可靠性的研究却很少。本文对国产轮式助行器进行了失效模式、效应和临界分析。通过对 26 种失效模式的收集、整理和分析,得出关键模块为底盘和升降系统。通过对关键模块故障数据的分析,得出寿命分布模型为对数正态分布,t 0.9 产品可靠性寿命的 0.95 置信下限为 2489.4 小时。该研究旨在为其他有源医疗器械的可靠性分析提供思路,并呼吁形成符合中国医疗器械法规要求的行业可靠性研究审查点。
