本文针对高电场下的电荷传输过程,从(1)仿真模型的研究现状;(2)物理模型的构建;(3)工程应用三个方面概述了以双极电荷传输(BCT)模型为代表的仿真模型研究。以高电场下的电荷传输模拟为重点,进一步讨论了当前研究的局限性和未来研究的前景。
