ELISA was used to measure changes in myocardial fibrosis indices before and after discharge, including transforming growth factor β (TGF-β), serum hyaluronic acid (HA), type I procollagen (PCI), laminin (LN) and type III procollagen (PCIII). There was no significant difference between the two groups in clinical data or baseline level of myocardial fibrosis before treatment. After treatment, compared with the conventional treatment group, the myocardial fibrosis index was significantly decreased following TP injection.
