一名 27 岁女性因哮喘、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞增多、总 IgE 增高、曲霉菌特异性 IgE 增高、可逆性轻度支气管扩张、鼻窦炎、支气管粘液栓和从 BALF 培养出曲霉菌等病史来我院就诊。糖皮质激素治疗有效。这些结果符合过敏性支气管肺曲霉菌病（ABPM）和嗜酸粒细胞肉芽肿伴多血管炎（EGPA）的诊断标准。应特别注意两种疾病同时存在的可能性。
