GearBox Wear Analysis on Milling Machine

Continuous use of the machine, considering the age of the machine, can cause the machine to wear out and cause a lot of trouble. The gearbox is an important component in transmitting power from the motor. Combustion motorbikes and electric motorbikes have very different characteristics. Electric motorbikes have superior torque even at low rpm. Therefore, the use of a gearbox to stabilize the torque of an electric motor requires the use of a gearbox. The gearbox on an electric motorbike has a heavier load because of its large torque. So the potential for wear on the gearbox will be higher. Apart from that, lubrication in the gearbox also has a big influence on gearbox wear. Wear is a phenomenon of material loss caused by the friction of two or more objects. The wear and tear of the gearbox itself is also influenced by several things such as the quality of the lubricant, the quality of the material, and the roughness of the surfaces of the objects that rub together.
