摘要
一位 73 岁的印度女性，O 型血，来做常规体检时发现血清碱性磷酸酶水平升高（600 毫克/分升）。其他肝功能检查均在正常范围内。腹部影像学检查显示她患有 I 级脂肪肝，但对她进行的重大肝胆疾病血清学检查结果为阴性。她目前正在服用治疗糖尿病和高血压的药物，由于检测项目较少，无法解释酶水平升高的关联。
