Based on the patient's symptoms and overall condition, Hwangryunagyo-tang was prescribed.Results: Approximately 4 months after administration of Hwangryunagyo-tang, the exudate disappeared, and overall skin symptoms improved, from objective score 33.7 to 6.6, leaving only slight scale, dryness, and pigmentation. 摘要

研究目的本研究旨在报告一例经黄龙玉汤加减治疗后好转的慢性麻木性皮炎病例:患者为 15 岁女性,因四肢及躯干红肿、红斑、丘疹、脱屑、鳞屑、渗出、结痂、苔藓化、瘙痒等症状来我院就诊。考虑到皮损呈钱币状且持续时间超过 6 个月,患者的症状被诊断为慢性麻木性湿疹。根据患者的症状和整体情况,医生为其开具了黄龙玉汤药方:结果:服用黄龙玉女汤约 4 个月后,渗出物消失,整体皮肤症状改善,客观评分从 33.7 分降至 6.6 分,仅留下轻微的鳞屑、干燥和色素沉着。由于皮损处的瘙痒从评分表中的 8 分减少到 1 分,患者的睡眠状况也从评分表中的 9 分改善到 0 分:这项研究的重要意义在于,服用黄龙玉汤后,慢性麻疹性皮炎的症状得到了有效改善。
