摘要

利用 9-芴甲氧羰基保护基,开发出文献中未提及的 9-芴甲氧羰基-(S)-β-(N-咪唑基)-α-丙氨酸保护非蛋白氨基酸。然后用同样的方法合成了 9-芴甲氧羰基-(S)-α-甲基苯丙氨酸、9-芴甲氧羰基-(S)-α-烯丙基甘氨酸、9-芴甲氧羰基-(S)-α-丙基甘氨酸。结果表明,9-芴甲氧羰基-(S)-β-(N-咪唑基)-α-丙氨酸(3)能抑制革兰氏阴性沙门氏菌 G-38 的生长,9-芴甲氧羰基-(S)-α-甲基苯丙氨酸(4)能抑制革兰氏阳性枯草杆菌 17-89 的生长。
