This study examines the impact of community leadership with compassionate humanism on community sustainability and Community members’ resilience. Data were collected from 243 community members from Odisha out of which 220 responses were complete and taken for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the Analysis tool AMOS 24. Structural Equation Modelling was followed to analyze the data and get the results. Results indicate that community leadership with compassionate humanism strongly predicts community sustainability. Furthermore, the community members’ resilience is found to mediate the relationship between community leadership and community sustainability.
