新种淡水蟹 Indochinamon datii n. sp.产于越南北部富寿省宣山国家公园。kimboiense (Dang, 1967) 和 I. bavi Naruse, Nguyen & Yeo, 2011 最为相似。不过，它可以通过甲壳、尾柄和雄性第一性腺的特征与其他物种区分开来。Indochinamon malipoense Zhang & Sun in Zhang, Pan, Hao & Sun, 2020 也是首次在越南被记录。
