外泌体是细胞自然释放的细胞外囊泡。不同来源的外泌体在细胞成分交换、信号转导和病理发展中发挥着不同的作用。外泌体具有明显的生物特性,如免疫原性低、易被细胞摄取、可穿过血脑屏障、天然靶向、易修饰等。许多研究表明,外泌体作为药物载体在癌症治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了外泌体的生物发生、起源、生物学特性,总结了外泌体给药系统及其在癌症治疗中的应用,为外泌体的研究提供参考。
