The research employed the following methods:\nhistorical method of studying law, logical approach, qualitative method, method of\nanalysis, and method of legal modelling. The study found that forensic modelling\nis mainly used at the pre-trial investigation or trial stage. The analysis of modern\narmed conflicts gives grounds to conclude about the high efficiency of computer\nmodelling in preventing wartime crimes. The academic novelty is the obtained\nresults of using computer modelling to prevent potential offences as opposed to its\nwidespread use at the stage of pre-trial investigation. 摘要
