摘要

新的研究发现,认知健康的百岁老人因其有利的基因构成而免受阿尔茨海默病(AD)的侵害。对与阿兹海默症风险相关的86个单核苷酸多态性的分析表明,与阿兹海默症患者相比,认知健康的百岁老人中几乎所有增加风险的等位基因的频率都较低,而保护性等位基因的频率较高。差异最大的等位基因表明,内溶酶体和免疫系统途径是维持认知健康的关键因素。
