For the col-lected data, IPA analysis was conducted to verify the difference in the importance and performance of early child-hood teachers' resilience, and to verify future improvements. \nResults As a result of IPA analysis by sub-factor of resilience, self-regulation ability was analyzed as a factor to be mainly improved. 摘要
