摘要
通过对心率变异性的频谱分析,可以了解自律神经系统在调节时相心脏功能中的作用,并可用于评估药物治疗的效果。考虑到心房颤动的个体临床形式以及患者的植物神经状态来选择药物治疗,无疑会提高治疗效果。本研究对新诊断出的心房颤动患者的频谱参数以及抗心律失常药物 III 类药物米碘酮对这些参数的影响进行了研究。
