Abstract—

Thematic areas of journalism have a significant impact on the formation of a common agenda. However, the mechanisms of their formation, development, and mutual influence in modern conditions have not systematically presented in media studies. Special attention should be paid to the question of the impact on the thematic agenda of current public challenges.
