支持在接受血液透析或腹膜透析的艾滋病病毒感染者中安全有效地使用一线抗逆转录病毒疗法的数据仍然有限。此前，本刊首次报道了在慢性非卧床腹膜透析中使用 BIC/FTC/TAF 的病例。我们介绍了第一例已知的在慢性非卧床腹膜透析中使用 DOR + FTC/TAF 的病例。
