Abstract: Pregnancy in a patient with pulmonary hypertension carries a high risk of mortality. It poses multiple problems in the management of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, thereby emphasizing the need for a multidisciplinary team for a successful outcome. We describe the successful management of a case of Eisenmenger syndrome who developed pre-eclampsia during her 28 weeks of pregnancy.
