One of the most serious complications is a pseudoaneurysm that results from injury to a terminal branch of the internal maxillary artery. 正颌外科手术被广泛用于治疗颌面部畸形。在治疗颌面部畸形的手术技术中，Le fort I 型上颌骨截骨术仍是一种常用的手术技术，但也可能出现严重的并发症。最严重的并发症之一是上颌内动脉末端分支损伤导致的假性动脉瘤。本报告描述了我们的高手术量科室在 10 年间用两种不同方法治疗的两例 Le Fort I 截骨术后假性动脉瘤病例。
Management of two postoperative pseudoaneurysms after Le Fort I osteotomy
