The models of identity gap, commitment and exit/voice/loyalty were examined via a survey of agricultural cooperative members.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\n<h3>Findings</h3>\n<p>Both the social and economic forms of identity gap were significantly related to commitment and exit/voice/loyalty.
